Shipping prices are either included in the Cost (stated in the description) or Select options in the "Available Options" area of each artwork. Delivery prices are within Australia.
International pricing is available apon request. Please forward an email to Delivery Quote with the folowing information.
-Artwork name, chosen "available option" of media if applicable
-Country, postcode

All items are securely packed in reinforced, weatherproof packaging and are delivered by a reputable express courier. They are insured during transit to cover loss, damage or non-delivery. You will recieve and emails updating you at every step of your purchase.
Please allow between 5-14 working days for delivery depending on your area.

Returns

If an item(s) arrives in unsatisfactory condition you must notify our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of receipt. Notification process follows-
To request authorization please send e-mail to Return Request Authorization with the following details:
-Order #,
-Full Name
-Item #(s) you want to return specifing reason for return: damaged, received incorrect item or size, received duplicate item, quality of item not as expected, etc.
-Specify what action you would like us to take for you: Replacement or Refund?
-Please also email a digital photo of the artwork damage.

Wait for our Customer Service team to e-mail you with your Return Authorization & Instructions.

Once we have received your returned item, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund. Should you return an order that was placed using a promotional coupon, you will not be refunded for the amount of the coupon, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.is and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product.
